WILL MY HEALTH INSURANCE COVER THERAPY?
I am currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans. If you are not sure if your insurance provides coverage for services, please reach out to your insurance provider.
If you would like to work together but would like to utilize your insurance benefits, you are welcome to submit sessions for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Some insurances are willing to reimburse clients a portion of the cost of each session.

HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PAY?
The cost of sessions differs per insurance plan. If you are unsure of what your insurance will cover, you can call your plan and request they provide you with your 'Outpatient Mental Health Benefits.'
For those without insurance, or for those preferring to not use their benefits, the cost of sessions are as followed:
-
15 Minute Phone Consultation: Free
-
Individual Psychotherapy: $125 (50 minutes)

I also offer a sliding scale based on household income.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you are unable to attend a session, please contact me as soon as possible. You may be charged a late cancellation fee for sessions canceled less than 24 hours from the scheduled counseling session.
HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?
To schedule an appointment, you can reach out to (872) 225-0531 or email me at jenn@vidaserene.com. The administrative team will walk you through the next steps and ensure that if you are using insurance, you will be covered.
WHAT WILL MY FIRST SESSION BE LIKE?
In our first session together, we'll start with friendly introductions to get to know each other. This time isn't just about me getting to know you, but also you getting to know me. It's like trying on shoes - finding the perfect fit might take some time, but we'll work together to make sure you're comfortable. We'll also chat about what you hope to achieve so we can tailor our sessions to your goals. Please know, you don't have to share anything you're not comfortable with in our first meeting. Your story is yours, and you have the right to share it at your own pace.
